#School #LaTeX
Project Summary
As part of my Fall 2024 class MATH 110: Number Theory for Cryptography, I wrote a research paper exploring cryptocurrencies, with a focus on the cryptographic methods underlying Bitcoin. The paper provided an in-depth explanation of key concepts such as public-key cryptography, hashing algorithms, and digital signatures.
Responsibilities
▶ Researched and analyzed the mathematical foundations of Bitcoin's cryptographic systems (proof of work, etc.)
▶ Explained core cryptographic methods, including public-key cryptography and hashing functions, in a clear and accessible manner
▶ Wrote and formatted the paper using LaTeX to ensure professional presentation and precision
